Growing up in Singapore, Gerhard was introduced to IT from a very early age. He returned to Austria to kickstart his career in IT. After moving through various layers of IT support, Gerhard eventually found his calling as an IT Trainer and Consultant in 2013. Before becoming a trainer, he contributed to building one of Austria's first vCloud Director installations on the country's first Cisco UCS platform.

Gerhard combines his experience as a telco supplier with expertise in the private sector, including administration and support for VOIP, ATM, networking, servers, and cloud. He assists individuals in understanding their administrative tasks with vSphere, enabling them to perform their duties more efficiently and to be prepared for any challenges that may arise.

When he's not teaching, he enthusiastically dedicates himself to other projects, from 3D printing to stage lighting.
